Julia Caffrey is an RRCA and VO2 Certified Run Coach, a Lead Coach at Mile High Run Club, and an Instructor at SoulCycle. She has been coaching and teaching fitness for over nine years, bringing energy, intention, and a deep love for movement to every athlete she works with.
Julia’s passion for athletics began at a young age, but running has always been the constant. Over the years, it has become more than a sport—it’s a lens through which she understands growth, resilience, and connection. She believes running mirrors life: it can be grounding, challenging, communal, or deeply personal, and every run offers an opportunity to learn something new about yourself.
As a coach, Julia is intentional, encouraging, and deeply invested in her athletes’ journeys. Her philosophy centers on helping runners build sustainable progress while reconnecting with the joy that first brought them to the sport. Whether working with new runners or seasoned athletes, she aims to create an environment where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to pursue their full potential—both on the run and beyond.
